Maria Behrens

Maria Behrens (* 1963 in Emstek ) is a German political scientist .

Life

She studies social sciences at the University of Osnabrück , completed her doctorate in international relations at the FernUniversität Hagen in 1998 and qualified as a professor on November 17, 2004 (reviewers: Georg Simonis , Susanne Lütz , Kees Van Der Pijl ). After acting as professor at the University of Kassel and at the Goethe University , she was offered a professorship at the University of Wuppertal in 2008 .
