Per stavem
Per Johan Stavem (born March 1, 1926 in Sortland , † September 24, 2006 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian shot putter , discus thrower and decathlete .
In 1948 he was eleventh in the decathlon at the London Olympics .
At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, he came eighth in the shot put and 16th in the discus throw .
In 1951 and 1952 he was the Norwegian champion in the shot put.
After his sports career, he worked as a hematologist .
