Maria Isabel de Jesus Ximenes
Maria Isabel de Jesus Ximenes is a politician from East Timor and a member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party.
Career
In the parliamentary elections in East Timor 2007 , Ximenes ran as a candidate for the CNRT in the hopeless 63rd place.
From August 8, 2012, Ximenes was State Secretary for Arts and Culture in the Ministry of Tourism . She kept the office after the change of prime minister in 2015 from Xanana Gusmão to Rui Maria de Araújo . When the VII government took office in 2017, Ximenes left the cabinet.
