Maria Pankratz
Maria Pankratz (born September 18, 1965 in Alma-Ata , Kazakh SSR , Soviet Union ) is a German amateur actress . She lives in Espelkamp, East Westphalia .
Maria Pankratz, b. Abrams was born in Alma-Ata in what is now Kazakhstan. Along with Miriam Toews from Canada, she is one of the two leading actresses in Stellet Licht by Carlos Reygadas , a movie in Plautdietscher . The Spanish film Luz Silenciosa , shot in Mexico , won the jury award at the 60th Cannes Film Festival in 2007 . Maria Pankratz received the Premio Ariel from the Mexican Film Academy in March 2008 for her acting performance. Pankratz is married and has two daughters.
