Marian Smoluchowski Medal

The Marian Smoluchowski Medal (Polish Medal Mariana Smoluchowskiego ) is the highest physics award of the Polish Physical Society . It is usually awarded annually. It is named after the physicist Marian Smoluchowski .

There is also a Smoluchowski Medal from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow . It is also not to be confused with the Smoluchowski Award from the Society for Aerosol Research and there is also the German-Polish Marian Smoluchowski Emil Warburg Physics Prize .
