Mariano Acosta (athlete)
Mariano Acosta (born July 7, 1930 ) is a former Argentine sprinter .
In 1951 he won bronze in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the Pan American Games in Buenos Aires .
At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 , he was eliminated over 100 m in the preliminary run and reached the semifinals with the Argentine 4 x 100 meter relay.
He set his personal best over 100 m of 10.6 s in 1950.
