Mariano Cappi , full name Mariano Cappi González , (born October 15, 1991 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.75 meter tall defender Cappi played from 2007 to the end of August 2011 for the reserve team of Central Español . He then moved to the Portuguese second division team Portimonense SC , for which he was only used in one encounter of the League Cup. In August 2012 he joined the Uruguayan second division club Atlético Rentistas . At the beginning of October 2013 he switched to Club Sportivo Cerrito . There he played in 24 games for the Segunda División in the 2013/14 season and scored five goals. In the following season 2014/15 he was used in 20 second division games and scored once in the opposing goal. In mid-January 2016, Atlético Pantoja announced his commitment. In late August 2016, he joined the first division relegated El Tanque Sisley . In the 2016 season he was there four times (no goal) in the league.
