Marie Ferron

Marie Ferron , actually Marie Fiedler , (born August 5, 1879 in Vienna , † after 1964) was an Austrian actress .

Life

Ferron, the daughter of a private civil servant, entered the stage for the first time as “Vittorino” in Bremerhaven in 1895 after careful preparation, came to the Raimundtheater in Vienna in 1898, where she made her debut as “Jugend” in Bauer und Millionär , in 1899 to Linz (inaugural role “Helene "In love marriage and" Klara "in youth of today ) and was hired in 1901 for the regional theater in Graz.

Despite her brief stage activity, Ferron had already earned the recognition of the circles involved. She found her way around the classic piece, but especially in the “modern”, and her hard-working endeavors have paid off some great successes.

“Julia”, “Salome”, “Rautendelein”, “Traute” in Rosenmontag , “Nora”, “Haubenlerche”, “Jane Eyre” were popular performances by the young artist.

From 1905 at the latest until at least 1919 she worked in Hamburg.

Her further life is unknown, but she starred in several films, including a silent film.
