Marian column (Münchsmünster)
The Marian column in Münchsmünster , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm , was built in 1858. The Marian column on Marienplatz is one of the protected architectural monuments in Bavaria.
The gilded figure of Mary rises on a polygonal limestone column with tracery decoration , on a three-tiered base .
