Marina Anatoljewna Bortschukowa ( Russian Марина Анатольевна Борчукова ; * July 25, 1981 ) is a former Russian biathlete .

Marina Borchukova contested her first race in the European Junior Cup in the 2000/01 season . The highlight of the first season was participation in the 2001 biathlon junior world championships in Haute-Maurienne , where she was tenth of the individual and won the gold medal in the relay race alongside Tatyana Moisseyeva and Yulia Makarova . It was not until the Summer Biathlon World Championships in Ufa in 2006 that Borchukova was able to make further appearances at the international level in the roller ski competitions held there for the first time . In the sprint race she won the silver medal behind Swetlana Tschernoussowa with just one shooting error, in the pursuit race she fell back to eighth place with seven errors.
