Marina Sergejewna Goljadkina ( Russian Марина Сергеевна Голядкина ; born June 13, 1997 in Donetsk ) is a Russian synchronized swimmer .

Change of citizenship

Golyadkina made her debut in Mexico in 2012, when she was still starting for Ukraine. In 2015 she took on Russian citizenship and competed for Russia for the first time in 2015 at the Hungarian Open in Budapest. After changing her citizenship, Golyadkina was not allowed to stand for any country for twelve months; the ban applies to the Olympic Games for three years. Since 2015 she has been trained by the four-time Olympic champion Anastassija Dawydowa .

World championships

At the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona , Golyadkina won a bronze medal. At the 2017 World Championships in Budapest , she won two gold medals (free program and technical program).

European championships

At the European Championships 2016 in London Goljadkina won the gold medal in the team along with Svetlana Kolesnichenko , Liliya Nisamowa , Alexandra Pazkewitsch , Jelena Prokofjewa , Alla Shishkina , Marija Schurotschkina , Gelena Topilina , Wlada Tschigirjowa and Darina Walitowa (combination) and the team with Svetlana Kolesnichenko, Alexandra Pazkewitsch, Jelena Prokofjewa, Alla Schischkina, Marija Schurotschkina, Gelena Topilina and Wlada Tschigirjowa (technical program).

Russian championships

In 2015 Golyadkina became Russian champion (group: free program and combination). In 2015 she was the Russian runner-up in singles. In 2017 she became the Russian master in the group (technical program).
