Marisa Allasio

Marisa Allasio ; actually Maria Luisa Lucia Allasio (born July 14, 1936 in Turin ) is a former Italian film actress . She appeared in nearly twenty films between 1952 and 1959, mostly comedies. She was also called "the Italian Jayne Mansfield ".

Life

Marisa Allasio is the daughter of Lucia Rocchietti and Federico Allasio , who was active as a goalkeeper for the soccer teams of AC Turin and CFC Genoa in the 1930s and 1940s and later worked as a coach for many years . Due to her father's commitment, she grew up in many different cities. As a teenager she attended acting courses in Genoa and later in Rome . a. at Wanda Capodaglio . She made her screen debut at the age of 16 when she took on a role in Gli eroi della Domenica . Allasio developed into one of the most popular figures in Italian cinema in the 1950s. With her crystal clear voice, she was also very busy as a voice actress.

In the fall of 1957, she came on the cover of the US men's magazine Modern Man Quarterly. On November 10, 1958, she married Count Pier Francesco Vittorio Maria Agostino Luca Frediano Calvi di Bèrgolo in Serralunga di Crea and ended her career in front of the cameras. Her husband, with whom she has a son and a daughter, has been the 7th head of the old Piedmontese noble family Calvi from Bergolo since 1977 .
