Marjory Shedd
Marjory Jean Shedd (born March 17, 1926 in Toronto , † May 10, 2008 ) was a Canadian badminton player .
Career
Marjory Shedd was one of the most important badminton players in the history of the sport in Canada. She won over 20 Canadian singles titles and multiple titles at the Canadian Open. She was also able to achieve considerable success in volleyball. Among other things, she won three national titles in this sport and took part in the Pan-American Games.
