The trademark register is in Germany that the Trademark Directory subsequent register. With the reform of trademark law , the trademark register was created, which is maintained by the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich ( Section 62 MarkenG in conjunction with Section 24 , Section 27 MarkenV ).
Database inquiries for patents , utility models , trademarks and designs are possible free of charge at the German Patent and Trademark Office on their website.
