Market Hall (Nolay)
The market hall in Nolay , a commune in the Côte-d'Or department in the French region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté , was built in the 14th century. It stands next to the Catholic parish church of Saint-Martin. In 1907, the market hall was added to the list of architectural monuments in France as a monument historique . The market hall has been owned by the French state since 1936.

The Nolay market hall is a large, rectangular building made of chestnut wood. The wooden posts stand on high stone plinths. The year 1388 is carved on a beam. The hall is covered by limestone slabs with a weight of up to 800 kilos per square meter.
