The market hall in Dives-sur-Mer , a French commune in the Calvados department in the Normandy region , was originally built in the 15th century. The market hall on Rue des Halles has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1918 .

In 2012, a dendrochronological examination of the wood revealed that the market hall was dated between 1405 and 1423. It is 50 meters long and twelve meters wide. 66 oak pillars support the low roof. The building was open on all sides until the beginning of the 20th century. The outer walls were built in half-timbered construction , typical of the Pays d'Auge .
