Markus Hofelich

Markus Hofelich is a German business journalist .

Hofelich studied cultural economics at the University of Passau and the Paris Sorbonne . From 2000 he worked in various functions at the Munich business publisher GoingPublic Media, including as editor-in-chief for special editions of the VentureCapital magazine and the GoingPublic magazine . From 2008 he was editor-in-chief of the Mittelstand title Unternehmeredition for five years . In summer 2013 he moved to Hamburg, where he became deputy editor-in-chief of the business magazine Cash .

In autumn 2014 he returned to Munich and took over at Deutsches Industrieverlag u. a. the editorial control of atp Redaktion and atp! info , two specialist publications on the subject of automation.

Meanwhile he works as a freelance journalist, publishes a. a. on Experteer and runs the online magazine Sinn des Lebens 24 .

In addition, Hofelich was also active as a moderator of specialist events, u. a. for Best Excellence from the FAZ Institute, for the German Savings Banks and Giro Association and the Upper Franconian Chamber of Crafts .
