Markus Kebschull

Markus Kebschull (born July 7, 1969 in Bad Mergentheim ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his training, Kebschull went to the Humperdinck restaurant in Frankfurt am Main in 1988 , and to the Anker wine house in Marktheidenfeld in 1989 . In 1991 he moved to the Francaise restaurant in the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof back in Frankfurt. He then went to Switzerland to the Hotel Adula in Flims in 1992 and to Ireland to the Slieve Russel Hotel in Ballyconnell in 1994 .

From 1995 he was head chef in the Sterneck restaurant in Badhotel Sternhagen . It was awarded two stars in the 2011 Michelin Guide and 16 points in the Gault Millau .

Since March 2012, Kebschull has been the head chef in the Seesteg restaurant on the East Frisian island of Norderney . The restaurant has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide.
