Markus Möstl
Markus Möstl (born April 13, 1969 in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate ) is a German lawyer and university professor . He teaches at the University of Bayreuth .
After graduating from Ludwigsgymnasium in Munich in 1988, he did military service and then studied law in Munich and Oxford . In 1998 Möstl received his doctorate from the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich and completed his habilitation there in 2001. A year-long teaching position at the University of Munich as a private lecturer was followed in 2003 by a call to the University of Bayreuth, where he holds the chair for public law and commercial law .
