Markus Rimser (* 1975 in St. Pölten ) is an Austrian management consultant and author in the fields of the training and qualification of personal trainers , human resources and method research in psychosocial counseling .

Life

Markus Rimser studied applied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and received his doctorate in andragogy (special business education ) at the University of Klagenfurt with the dissertation "Coaching in the field of tension in life counseling". He has been running Corporate Consult management consultancy since 1997.

In 2009/2010 he taught at the Carinthian University of Applied Sciences in the field of personnel recruitment and aptitude diagnostics.

Rimser has published several textbooks and instructions in the field of systemic advice . In 2006, Rimser also published the book Generation Resource Management on personnel management under the conditions of demographic change.

Awards

Rimers HR concept Generation Resource Management was awarded the Wifi Trainer Award by the Austrian Economic Development Institute in 2006 .
