Markus Schuster

Markus R. Schuster (born July 30, 1975 ) is a former German football player .

career

Schuster was a Munich Cowboys player from 1992 . In 1998 he switched to the Braunschweig Lions . His time in Lower Saxony was interrupted in 2000 when he was part of the team at Morningside College (state of Iowa ) and in early summer 2001 when the 1.72-meter-long shoemaker, who was used as running back , was part of the Barcelona Dragons' squad in the NFL Europe stood. Schuster played in Braunschweig until 2001. In 1998 and 1999 he was German champion with the Lower Saxony, and in 1999 he was also a Eurobowl winner.

He played with the Franken Knights until 2004 and with the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns in the 2005 season , after which he returned to the Munich Cowboys. In Munich he was also part of the coaching staff and coordinated the attacking game there. From 2007 to 2009 he was also responsible for the sports management of the club. Schuster, who also did athletics and weightlifting as well as working as a fitness trainer and owner of a sports studio, took over the management of strength and conditioning training at the Munich Cowboys in November 2017.

National team

With the German national team, he finished second in the European Championship in 2000, and in 2001 he won gold with the selection. In 2003 he was part of the German World Cup squad and finished the World Cup in third place. In 2005 Schuster won the World Games with Germany .
