Marlenis Costa Blanco (born July 30, 1973 in La Palma ) is a Cuban national volleyball player .
Costa won gold medals with the Cuban national team three times in a row at the Olympic Games in 1992, 1996 and 2000. In addition, there were two gold medals at the World Championships in 1994 and 1998 and numerous victories at the Volleyball World Grand Prix .
From 1998 to 2000 Costa played in Italy. In 1999 she won the Italian championship and the Champions League with Foppapedretti Bergamo . A year later she won the national cup and the CEV cup with Pallavolo Reggio Calabria .
