Marlon Acácio (born July 9, 1982 in Mozambique ) is a Mozambican judoka .

Acácio won the bronze medal in the weight class up to 81 kg at the 2015 Open Judo Games in Mauritius . At the Open Argentina 2015 he came fifth and at the African championships in 2014, 2015 and 2016 fifth and seventh respectively.

Acácio was the only Mozambican judoka to participate in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . He qualified for the games by his total combat score in the African ranking - he was the best Mozambican and African judoka. Acácio completed his training for the Olympic Games in Croatia.

Despite the hope of the Mozambican Judo Association for a medal, Acácio lost in the weight class up to 81 kg against the Brazilian judoka Victor Penalber and was thus eliminated directly from the tournament. The fight lasted a good 2 minutes, Penalber won with two waza-ari .
