Life

For his participation in the Battle of Gammelsdorf in 1313 on the part of the Wittelsbach Duke Ludwig IV of Upper Bavaria , Marquart received together with his brother Heinrich II Zenger in 1314 as compensation for damage suffered some farms and goods behind Altendorf Castle on the Schwarzach and to Sitzenbuch and two vineyards in Wolfringen.

Marquart died before 1335.
