Martin Cahill (born May 23, 1949 in Dublin , † August 18, 1994 in Ranelagh , Dublin) was an Irish gangster.

Cahill was one of twelve children and was sentenced to two years in prison for burglary at the age of 16. He led several gangs - first those burglaries valued at over £ 60 million , and later kidnappings.
