Martin Moss

Martin Moss (born June 23, 1956 in New York ; † September 26, 2002 in Aachen ) was an American musical actor who lived and worked in Germany for many years.

Life

Martin Moss trained in acting, dance and singing at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. He had engagements on Broadway, among others . In 1983 he came to Germany, where he initially worked as a dancer, including at the Friedrichstadtpalast in Berlin . From 1995 he played in the Aachen, Alsdorf , Cologne region ( Musical Dome ) in the pieces Gaudi (“Mark Winner”), Blood Red Roses as “Mrs. Maroni ”( Stadttheater Aachen 1998), Adam and Eva (musical) as“ Engel Gabriel ”(Stadttheater Aachen 1999) and from 2000 Falco meets Amadeus as“ Johnny Zuweger ”in the Theater des Westens in Berlin. On September 24, 2002, he collapsed on the street while visiting Aachen and died two days later. The funeral took place in Berlin.
