Martin Pennitz
Martin Pennitz (born June 28, 1962 in Graz ) is an Austrian legal historian .
Life
He studied law at the University of Graz ( diploma thesis 1984: The fulfillment of the opposition function in the concordance democracy , doctorate 1990, habilitation 1998). Since 2014 he has been Professor of Roman Law in Innsbruck .
