Martin Schieg
Martin Schieg (* 1952 in Augsburg ) is director of WSP CBP Consulting Engineers AG. The parent company WSP Group plc is an international listed stock corporation with around 10,000 employees worldwide.
Life
Schieg studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich . Since 1997, he has held teaching positions at the University of Applied Science Augsburg , the Technical University of Munich and the Gediminias Technical University in Vilnius . The focus of his research is risk management and organizational theory related to the management of large and complex construction projects.
He was responsible for the new construction of Munich Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and the parliament buildings Paul-Löbe-Haus and Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus.
