Martin Weisz

Martin Weisz (born March 27, 1966 in Berlin ) is a German video and film director. Overall, he directed more than 350 videos and worked with artists such as Nickelback , Brandy , Puff Daddy , and LL Cool J together. In addition to music videos, he has also directed numerous advertising films.

Martin Weisz received an MTV European Video Award for the best dance video, and in 2000 he was nominated in the Best Rock Video category.

He made his debut as a film director in 2006 with the controversial film Rohtenburg (US title "Grimm Love"), which was also temporarily banned in Germany . In March 2007 his second film The Hills Have Eyes 2 was released in German cinemas. Squatters , his third film project, was released direct to DVD in 2014.

Martin Weisz is married and has four children.
