Martina Bick

Martina Bick (* 1956 in Bremen ) is a German writer and musicologist .

Life

Bick studied historical musicology , philosophy , gender studies and German at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster and at the University of Hamburg . She has been writing short stories, novels and detective novels since the early 1990s. Since 1996 she has been working at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater . In 2005 she completed her studies in historical musicology, modern German literature and gender studies at the University of Hamburg with a master's degree.

Bick also writes under the pseudonym Klara Winterstein and lives in Hamburg.
