Martina Blos

Martina Blos (born June 17, 1957 in Berlin ) is a German athlete who was involved in a world record in the 4 x 100 meter relay race in 1976 : A GDR selection with Marlies Oelsner , Renate Stecher , Carla Bodendorf and Martina Blos ran on May 29, 1976 in Karl-Marx-Stadt for 42.50 s. It improved the existing world record from 1974, also held by a GDR squadron, by a hundredth of a second.

At the 1976 Olympic Games , Martina Blos was eliminated from the 100-meter individual competition in the preliminary run.

Martina Blos started for TSC Berlin . Her body measurements during the competition were 1.70 m / 59 kg.
