Martina Zwick (born December 12, 1989 in Karlsruhe ) is a former German cyclist who was active on the road and in cyclo-cross races.

Athletic career

Martina Zwick started cycling at the age of six. In 2010, she finished 21st at the World Cyclo-cross World Championships in Tábor , and came third at the national championship. At the Cyclo-cross World Championships 2011 in St. Wendel , she was 24th and fifth in the road race at the German road championships . In 2013 she won Rund um Düren .

At the German Road Cycling Championships 2014 in Baunatal , Zwick finished third in the road race, although she had been injured in a fall a few months earlier, had not trained for a long time and therefore had not been able to start in the cyclo-cross championships. At the end of 2014 she quit competitive cycling to finish her studies.

Private

Martina Zwick studied sport and geography to become a teacher.
