The Martinique Passage is a strait in the Caribbean that runs in an east-west direction and lies between the island of Dominica (in the north) and the island of Martinique (in the south). Both islands belong to the Lesser Antilles .

Dominica is an independent island nation, while Martinique is a French overseas department .

The Martinique Passage creates a link between the Caribbean Sea in the west and the Atlantic Ocean in the east.
