Maruzen Sekiyu Kagaku KK ( Japanese 丸 善 石油 化学 株式会社 , ~ Kabushiki-gaisha , English Maruzen Petrochemical Co., Ltd. ) is a Japanese petrochemical company. It has been a subsidiary of Cosmo Energy Holdings since 2016 . Other shareholders are Ube Kōsan and Denka .

Maruzen Sekiyu Kagaku manufactures basic chemicals such as ethylene , propylene and benzene . Maruzen is one of the world's most important manufacturers of the solvent methyl ethyl ketone and polyvinyl phenol.
