Mary Hignett

Mary Hignett (March 31, 1916 - July 6, 1980 ) was a British actress .

In addition to her roles in television series, Hignett also played in three great films , including in 1967 in The Slave of the Amazons . She played her last role as the housekeeper Mrs. Edna Hall in the series The Doctor and the Dear Cattle . She died shortly after filming for the series' third season ended.

She was married to actor Michael Brennan .
