Masaaki Gotō ( Japanese 後 藤 雅明 , Gotō Masaaki ; born May 24, 1995 in Tokorozawa , Saitama Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Masaaki Gotō learned to play football in the school team of Kokugakuin Kugayama High School and in the university team of Waseda University . He signed his first professional contract with Shonan Bellmare in 2017 . The club from the port city of Hiratsuka in Kanagawa prefecture played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2017 he was with the club champions of the league and rose to the first division. The 2019 season he was loaned to the second division branches Kanazawa to Kanazawa . For branches he was in goal three times in 2019. In 2020 he returned to Shonan after the loan.
