Masato Kurogi ( Japanese 黒 木 聖 仁 Kurogi Masato ; born October 24, 1989 in Miyazaki Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kurogi learned to play soccer on the school team at Nissho Gakuen High School . He signed his first contract with Cerezo Osaka in 2008 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2009 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club, he completed 56 league games. In March 2014 he moved to the second division club V-Varen Nagasaki . For the club he completed 58 league games. In 2016 he moved to the first division club Ventforet Kofu . For the club he completed 32 first division games. In 2018 he returned to the first division club V-Varen Nagasaki. At the end of the 2018 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. For the club he completed 33 league games. In 2020 he moved to league rivals Kyoto Sanga FC .
