Massimiliano Alajmo
Massimiliano Alajmo (born May 6, 1974 in Padua ) is an Italian chef .
Professional background
After completing his training, Massimiliano went to Moena from 1990 to 1992 to see Alfredo Chiochetti in the restaurant “Ja Navalage”. In 1992 he moved to Veyrier du Lac d'Annecy in the restaurant "Auberge de l'Eridan" and in 1993 in the restaurant "Les Pres d'Eugenie" with Michel Guerard. In December 1993 he moved to Rubano in his family's restaurant “Le Calandre”, where he works as head chef.
Awards
In 1993 the restaurant “Le Calandre” received two stars in the Michelin Guide under his management , and since 2002 it has been awarded three stars.
