Matías Zunino , full name Paul Matías Zunino Escudero (born April 20, 1990 in Canelones ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Depending on the sources, the 1.72 meters or 1.86 meters tall midfielder has been in the first team squad for the Uruguayan club Danubio since the 2009/10 season in Montevideo . A deployment in the Primera División was recorded for the first time in the 2010 Clausura , as evidenced by verifiable data . This was his only game that round. In the Clausura of the 2010/11 season, he then completed nine first division matches. He scored his first league goal in the 2011 Apertura, in which he only ran four times, while he was considered 14 times in the 2012/13 season. In the Apertura 2013 he was used in six league games. In January 2014 he moved to Sud América on loan . At the club, which is also based in the Uruguayan capital, he was on the pitch ten times in the league until the end of the Clausura 2014 (no goal). He returned to Danubio for Apertura 2014. There he was used in the Apertura 2014 three times (no goal) in the Primera División and once (one goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2014 . In mid-January 2015, he moved to El Tanque Sisley within the league and played 14 first division games in both 2015 and 2015 Apertura. He hit the opposing goal once in both half-series. In January 2016, he joined Defensor Sporting . In the 2016 Clausura, he played eleven top division games and scored two goals. In the mid-season of 2016, eleven first division appearances followed (two goals). By the end of the Torneo Intermedio 2017, he was used another 18 times in the league (two goals) and twice (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2017 .
