Hans Insenhöfer

Hans Insenhöfer (born June 6, 1907 in Nuremberg ; † March 8, 1972 ) was a German butcher .

Life

After attending elementary school, Insenhöfer did an apprenticeship as a butcher, passed the master's examination and from 1934 worked as an independent master butcher in Nuremberg, as well as volunteer as an apprentice warden and specialist course leader. In the Second World War he was used in military service, after the end of the war he rebuilt his own business.

From 1953 to 1972 he was the regional guild master of the Bavarian butcher's trade, from 1965 to 1971 chairman and then honorary chairman of the German butcher's association . From 1955 he was Vice President, from 1964 to 1972 President of the Chamber of Crafts for Middle Franconia . He was also a member of the Presidium of the Central Association of German Crafts and the Federal Association of Professional Associations of German Crafts as well as the boards of the Bavarian Crafts Day and the Economic Advisory Board of the City of Nuremberg. From May 3, 1967 until his death he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
