Matěj Kopecký (born April 29, 1998 ) is a Czech telemarker .

Kopecký made his debut in the Telemark World Cup on November 28, 2014 in a sprint in Hintertux with a 39th place. His first point placement in this competition series he achieved a year later in the same place as 29th of the sprint. At the Telemark Junior World Championships 2016 in Les Contamines-Montjoie , France , reaching the round of 16 in the parallel sprint was his best result. He also took part in the 2017 Junior World Championships in Rjukan, Norway, and in Mürren in 2018 , but had no notable results.
