Mathilde Kühnert

Mathilde Kühnert , b. Dillenz (born September 10, 1874 in Talheim ( Württemberg ); † August 10, 1957 in Schussenried ), was a German politician ( center ).

Mathilde Kühnert was born into very simple circumstances. Her father, Johannes Dillenz, was a worker. She herself had five siblings and two half-siblings. In 1900 she married the iron drill Paul Kühnert. The couple adopted a daughter. She was a member of the Center in Württemberg. In 1919/1920 she was a member of the State Constituent Assembly for Württemberg. She was also a deputy member of the constitutional committee in Württemberg.

Mathilde Kühnert worked as a factory keeper in Ulm, today comparable to the job of a social worker .

She was on the board of the state committee of the Württemberg Catholic workers' associations .

Mathilde Kühnert died on August 10, 1957 in Schussenried.
