Mathilde Walker
Mathilde Walker (born September 27, 1842 in Stuttgart , † after 1903) was a German poet .
Life
Mathilde Walker was born in Stuttgart in 1842. She was the daughter of a royal official. She began to compose impressions in poetry early on, but published them late. She lived in Switzerland from 1866, including at Louisenberg Castle in the canton of Thurgau with Baroness Emilie von Breidenbach until her death in 1903.
