Matt Ross (born January 4, 1978 in Newcastle ) is an Australian football coach .

Career

Ross was since 1 December 2015 coach of women's football - Bundesliga club 1. FFC Frankfurt and was initially on an interim basis the successor to the retiring Colin Bell to. He previously worked in China and the British Virgin Islands, and in 2013 Ross was hired as a video analyst for the reigning Champions League winner 1. FFC Frankfurt. After the 4-1 win against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim on February 15, 2016, he was hired as head coach. In September 2017, the club separated from Ross.

Ross briefly took over the Vittsjö GIK in 2018 and became the coach of China's U15 women's national team in December. Since December 2019 he has been the assistant coach of the women's national team of the Republic of Korea and lives in Seoul .
