Matthias Sickert
Matthias Sickert (* 1967 in Frankfurt am Main ) has been deputy government spokesman for the state government of Lower Saxony and deputy head of the press and information office of the state chancellery of the state government of Lower Saxony.
Matthias Sickert grew up in West Berlin and studied political science , journalism and history at the Free University of Berlin (diploma thesis 1993: "Political Elite in the New Lands" with Dietrich Herzog). After working for the Berlin office of the Federal Executive Committee of the FDP and PR trainees at Ketchum PR, Berlin, Dorland Public Relations, Berlin, and BMW AG , Munich , Sickert has been a communications consultant for associations, parties, institutions and companies across Germany since 1995 .
His engagement with the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland, which was mainly voluntary, earned Sickert the highest honor of the world association Junior Chamber International: Matthias Sickert was appointed Senator in 2006.
