Maurice Blood (born February 15, 1870 in Bristol , † March 31, 1940 in London ) was a British marksman .

successes

Maurice Blood took part in the 1908 Olympic Games in London in part in four disciplines. On the running deer he reached fourth place in both single and double shots. With the free rifle, he completed the three-position fight in eleventh place, while he managed to win a medal over the 1000-yard distance. With 92 points, like two competitors, he achieved the third-best result, but was able to prevail in the subsequent jump-off, with which Blood secured the bronze medal.
