Max-Arnold Köttgen

Max-Arnold Köttgen (* 1958 in Münster ) is a German lawyer and manager .

Life

The trained lawyer initially worked as a lawyer at the Hamm Higher Regional Court . This was followed by a job as a legal advisor at the R + T Group. He then worked as the management spokesman for RWE Waste Management North. In 1996 Köttgen became managing director of SKP Unternehmensverwaltung and in 1998 moved to the board of Veolia Umweltservice AG .

In 2006, Köttgen became managing director of M&A Hanse GmbH. In 2010 he moved to the management board of the recycling company Remondis .

Since February 6, 2018, he has been a member of the supervisory board of HSV Fußball AG , which runs the licensed player department of Hamburger SV . Since May 27, 2018, he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board. On March 28, 2020, Köttgen resigned from the Supervisory Board in the course of the release of CEO Bernd Hoffmann .
