Max Baumler

Max Bäumler (* 1865 in Munich ; † 1942 ) was a German theater actor and director .

Life

Bäumler began his acting career in Ansbach in 1886, continued it in Konstanz in 1887, came to the Central Theater in Hamburg in 1888 and to the "Münchners" in 1889, with which ensemble he stayed for two years. In 1893 and 1894 he worked at the Josefstädter Theater in Vienna and then joined the Association of the Grazer Landestheater, where he remained until 1900. From 1921 to 1937 he played in Essen. He died in 1942.
