Max Behrendt (politician)
Max Behrendt (born October 22, 1879 in Danzig ; † 1938 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Life
Behrendt lived as an employee in Danzig. In the Free City of Danzig he was a member of the SPD. From 1919 to 1923 he was a city councilor in Danzig and from 1924- [1937] a member of the city citizenship. There he was most recently chairman of the SPD parliamentary group. From August 1925 to October 1926 he was an honorary senator in the Senate Sahm II . From 1937 to 1938 he was a member of the People's Day .
