Max Coninx

Max Coninx (born November 11, 1874 in Gerresheim , † after 1941) was a German judge .

Life

His father was a notary. Coninx was Catholic. In 1899 he received his doctorate in Erlangen . He passed the trainee examination in 1898 and the assessor examination in 1902. In the same year he became a court assessor . In 1909 he was appointed district judge in Rheydt and promoted to district judge in 1917 . May 1918 he became district judge in Mönchen-Gladbach . In 1920 he became the district court director there. On April 1, 1926 he was " at the same time district judge ". In 1928 he came to the Reichsgericht . He retired on July 1, 1937. From mid-October 1939 to the end of March 1941 he was reactivated and was a revoked civil servant.
